Media Gallery

Upload and manage images for your email campaigns. The Media Gallery provides a centralized location for all your email assets.

Overview

The Media Gallery is your central hub for managing images used in email campaigns. Upload images, organize them, search by name or tags, and reuse them across multiple campaigns.

Uploading Images

Add images to your gallery:

  1. Navigate to Media Gallery in your dashboard
  2. Click "Upload Image" button
  3. Select one or multiple image files from your computer
  4. Add alt text and tags (optional but recommended)
  5. Click "Upload" to add images to your gallery

Supported Formats

Supported image formats include: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP. Images are automatically optimized for web use.

Using Images in Emails

Access your gallery images when building emails:

  1. In the Email Builder, add an Image block
  2. Click on the image block to open the editor
  3. Click "Choose from Gallery" or the gallery icon
  4. Browse and select an image from your Media Gallery
  5. The image will be inserted into your email

Searching Images

Find images quickly using the search functionality:

  • Search Bar: Type to search by image name, alt text, or tags
  • Real-time Results: Results update as you type
  • Clear Search: Click the X icon to clear search and view all images

Managing Images

Organize and manage your image library:

  • View Details: Click on an image to see full details and usage
  • Delete Images: Remove unused images to free up storage
  • Edit Alt Text: Update alt text for accessibility
  • Add Tags: Tag images for easier organization

View the total number of images in your gallery

Monitor your cloud storage usage

Best Practices

  • Use descriptive file names and alt text for better organization
  • Tag images by category (e.g., "product", "banner", "logo") for easy searching
  • Optimize images before uploading to reduce file size
  • Regularly clean up unused images to keep your gallery organized
  • Reuse images across campaigns to maintain brand consistency
