Scheduling Options
When creating a campaign, you have three scheduling options:
- Send Now: Immediately send the campaign
- Schedule: Set a specific date and time
- Save as Draft: Save for later editing and sending
Step-by-Step: Schedule a Campaign
- Complete your campaign setup: Design your email, select recipients, and configure settings
- Navigate to the Schedule step: In the campaign wizard, proceed to the final step
- Choose "Schedule": Select the schedule option instead of "Send Now"
- Select date and time: Use the date picker and time selector to choose when to send
- Review and confirm: Double-check the scheduled time and click "Schedule Campaign"
Best Time to Send
Research shows that Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 AM and 2 PM tend to have the highest open rates. However, test different times to find what works best for your audience.
Managing Scheduled Campaigns
You can manage your scheduled campaigns from the Campaigns page:
- View all scheduled campaigns with their send times
- Edit scheduled campaigns before they send
- Cancel scheduled campaigns if needed
- Reschedule to a different time
