At MaileniumAI, we are committed to providing high-quality email marketing services. Payments for our services are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy is aligned with Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms. We encourage you to review this policy before subscribing.

1. Refund Window (14 Days)

1.1 Right to Cancel. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period runs from the day after completion of the transaction. To meet the deadline, you must send your cancellation request before the 14-day period has expired.

1.2 Reimbursement. If you cancel within the 14-day period as set out above, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

1.3 Digital Content. Your right to cancel and receive a refund does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to products which you have had the benefit of.

2.1 General. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the Merchant of Record (Paddle) and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Refund requests may be refused if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

2.2 Subscriptions. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date.

3.2 Free Trials. Free trials do not require payment. You may cancel during the free trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription according to your selected plan.

4.1 Technical Issues. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the service, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of the service or refund of the price paid, as determined by MaileniumAI.
